Life Coaching is about helping you fall in love with yourself and your life. As your Life Coach, I help you identify obstacles, develop solutions, and work toward achieving your goals. All the while, I offer support and encouragement. I am your cheerleader! My job is to lead you to loving yourself enough to invest in your highest good, discover your strengths, and build the life you’ve always dreamed of.
Life coaching can be helpful for:
Self-love
Self-esteem and confidence
Getting out of mental ruts
Business planning
Career transitions
Tackling fears
Relationship issues
Communication issues
Developing healthier habits
Identifying passions
Making important decisions at work or home
…and so much more!
Let’s say you are stuck in a rut at work and looking to make a career shift. Meanwhile, you are concerned about offering financial stability for your children. As a Life Coach, I can help by understanding what you don’t like about your job, what you hope to accomplish by changing careers, and what specifically you will need to make that shift. From there, we can develop a step-by-step action plan. Whether you just want life coaching for the initial plan development, or until you check off that last item and land that new job, the choice is up to you!
Depending on your needs, we might meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to check-in. And because you’re busy doing the hard work, I am available to meet in-person, over the phone, or via video chat through Skype or FaceTime!
Life Coaching is NOT counseling or therapy. I am NOT a medical professional. I CANNOT make recommendations for what decisions you should make nor how you should live your life. Choosing a Life Coach is about finding an energetic equal who can provide non-judgmental, compassionate support while you navigate personal and/or professional obstacles. You are doing the inner work while a Life Coach is there to keep you accountable and on-track. If at any time you begin to feel dependent on a Life Coach, this is a sign that you need support beyond what a Life Coach can provide, and thus you should find a therapist.
As a Life Coach is NOT a therapist, counselor, NOR medical professional, this means that a Life Coach’s personal and political beliefs WILL influence their ability to support you.
