To Our Community

To Our Community

In this time of uncertainty where we all share the same fears, I've asked myself, "How do I help? What can I possibly say to help others?" I've struggled with words this week. And my mind has difficulty comprehending the enormity of what we are facing.

As we face this global crisis together, we are being asked to do something that seems counterintuitive: to create physical distance between each other. Just the word "distance" creates anxiety in me because I am all about connection, and so is this community.

While we don't know for how long we'll be apart, I do believe that we are connected to everyone, and everything, through spirit. This is a time to reach deep inside our hearts and minds for connection on a deeper level. In the coming days and weeks, I'll be sharing some ways that we can find this connection.

In an effort to #FlattenTheCurve, The Butterfly Connection has suspended all in-person gatherings and life coaching sessions. However, we are working to move them online as soon as possible. We'll let you know when those are a go!

In the meantime, please take care and visit the CDC’s website for the latest information on how we can keep ourselves, our families, and our communities safe.

We will get through this.

Above all things, I wish you love,

Lauri
